01About these terms

“Crustim”, “we” and “us” refer to Crustim, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. “Client” or “you” refers to the person or organisation using our website or services.

02Our services

We provide business automation (including monday.com), AI solutions, ERP, CRM and custom software, websites, SEO and digital marketing. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each engagement are set out in a written proposal or statement of work (SOW). If the SOW conflicts with these terms, the SOW prevails.

03Free audit

Our free audit is an initial, non-binding assessment. Its recommendations are general guidance and do not create an obligation for either party until a SOW is signed.

04Client responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information, timely feedback and the access needed to deliver the work.
• Hold the rights to any content, data or materials you give us.
• Keep account credentials we hand over secure.

05Fees and payment

Fees are stated in the SOW in Saudi Riyals unless agreed otherwise, and are exclusive of VAT. Invoices are payable within 14 days. We may pause work on overdue accounts. Third-party costs such as software licences and ad spend are paid by the client unless stated otherwise.

06Intellectual property

On full payment, the client owns the final deliverables created specifically for them. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how, and grant the client a licence to use them as part of the deliverables. Third-party software remains subject to its own licence terms.

07Confidentiality

Both parties will keep confidential any non-public information received from the other and use it only to perform the engagement. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.

08Results and warranties

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. Marketing, SEO and advertising results depend on factors outside our control, such as platform algorithms and market conditions, so we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue.

09Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months before the claim.

10Term and termination

Either party may end an engagement with 30 days’ written notice, unless the SOW states otherwise. The client pays for work completed up to the termination date. Either party may terminate immediately for a material breach that is not fixed within 14 days of notice.

11Website use

Website content is provided for general information. You may not copy, misuse or attempt to disrupt the website. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and otherwise by the competent courts in Riyadh.

13Changes

We may update these terms. Changes apply from their publication date and do not affect signed SOWs.
